2010 Toyota Corolla

this is the picture of the key:

the formal name is the “Remote keyless entry in-key transmitter.”

And if it costs over $300, is there any way I can find a replacement for cheaper?

A: It would probably be in the $300 range…

Since you’ve got the Alarm Transmitter into the Key they are expensive. Plus it will need to be programmed to your car.

No there is no way to get a cheaper replacement unless you get a standard key made, in which case your alarm won’t work any more.

Q: How would I listen to music in the 2010 Toyota Corolla?
I’m thinking of buying a Toyota Corolla 2010 CE with a navigation system (GPS) and the CD & audio buttons go away. So how do I put in CD’s when there’s a built-in GPS?

A: Im a little confused by ” CD & audio buttons go away” but I think the answer is the gps screen flips down to give you access to the cd slot.

Q: What is the engine oil capacity for 2010 Toyota Corolla?
IThis is my 1st time changing the oil for my new 2010 Corolla. Does it take 3.7 or 4.4 qtrs of oil? Engine is 1.8

A: just mix the oil in with the gas isnt that what you do with a .1L engine???

Q: Will leasing prices drop for a new 2010 Toyota Corolla or Honda Civic come December?
I am looking to lease a new 2010 Toyota Corolla or Honda Civic. I was quoted $209/month for a 2010 Toyota Corolla for 36 months. They told me the price will likely change come December. Do you expect it to go up or down?

A: No One can answer that. All car manufacturers securely guard their rebate info. Not even their dealers know what’s in store until the captive financial arms announce them to everyone. The reason for all this high security is simple. Nobody wants the other manufacturers to know in advance what they have planned. That would give their competition time to match or beat their rebates.

People can speculate. but nobody knows for sure. In fact, very very few in the captive financial arms even know. And the few who do won’t say anything prematurely. They’re under contract not to. They’d lose their job and be “un-hireable” for any job in the financial or automotive sector for a long time to come.

Q: Brand new 2010 Toyota Corolla and I got hit head on?
I have a brand new 2010 Toyota Corolla, just 15 days old. I got hit head on today. Besides extension front end damage, the air bags deployed. Can I insist that the insurance company replace my car with a brand new car?

A: It really depends on the amount of damage…But yes, if the accident was not your fault, the insurance company will decide if its worth it for them…what they will do is determine who’s at fault, if they beleive the other party is at fault then they could total the car out and give you the money including your deductable, then they go after the other party or their insurance and get the money back.

then I think you pay off the loan for the car and you go and get a loan on a new car…

Q: New 2010 Toyota Corolla makes clicking noise while driving. What could it be?
I just purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla. The car has less than 500 miles on it so far. As I was driving, I noticed this weird clicking noise that sounds like its coming from one of the tires. It doesn’t happen when I put my foot on or off the gas pedal, the car only has to be moving for my to hear it. Any ideas of what it could be? Should I take it back to the dealership?

A: check the tires and see if any pebble/rock is stuck in between the tread.. otherwise, take it back to the dealer, it’s still under warranty and they shouldn’t charge to you to inspect the problem.

Q: I have a 2010 Toyota Corolla with 19,000 miles and my brakes all ready need to be replaced…?
I have a 2010 Toyota Corolla with 19,000 miles and I am having serious issues with my brakes. I took it to Toyota in December with 11,500 miles qnd Toyota measured the pads 10 m. Today I have 19,000 miles and my pads have worn to 1.25m. Should that be covered under warranty?

A: At 19000 miles the brakes shouldn’t need replaced. Some one else asked the same question about their Toyota. I think Toyota has more issues than just a throttle problem but won’t admit it. They will tell you it’s normal but it’s not. Call Toyota about it.

Q: What should I name my silver 2010 Toyota Corolla S?
I just bought a new car (beautiful!) and it needs a good name. I’m thinking either Sylvia or Prudence, but I’m open to other ideas!
Here is what the car looks like:

A: DEPENDS. If it is a boy, Marty. If its a girl, Xanderia.

Q: How much horsepower does the 2010 Toyota Corolla Le model have for an automatic 4 speed?
I already know how much it has but my friend doesn’t believe me. Lol he think it has a 170hp V6(according to the guy who sold him the car).
Lol no. I don’t know why he prefers what the dealer tells him. They never even made a V6 corolla and he thinks he has the fastest one.

A: Corolla DON’T EVER EVER HAVE V6!!!!!!!!XD LOL
*who even told you that he is a dumbshit

1.8L with 132 hp
LMAO

V6 doesn’t make less than 200 hp
V6 engine makes 200+hp

corolla trueno AE86

Q: How much does a front bumper repair cost for a 2010 Toyota Corolla?
Very little damage. There is a 3 inch wide bump in it and a 2 inch crack. No other damage. It must be repaired to look like new. I got an estimate and with paint, bumper repair, and labor, it came out to be $550. Is that fair?

A: Jet, get more than just one local estimate in order to make an apples-to-apples comparison, as prices vary by location. You really need to get a hold of some ADDITIONAL local auto body repair people around in your area to get MORE free estimate. With that said, the following plusrecipes.com link has a small auto section where they offer great deals, like free estimates from local auto repair people in your area, whom I would think would know the cost of their repairing your bumper on your 2010 Toyota Corolla:

Yeah, so I hope the above link is helpful. Good luck!

Q: What’s the difference between the 2009 and the 2010 Toyota Corolla S/XRS models?
.
Exterior/Interior/Engine/Price
Thanks.

A: The XRS has the Toyota Camry 4 cylinder engine, which is the most powerful engine for the Corolla.

The Corolla S has the bodykit and looks of the more sporty XRS, but the same power as the base Corolla.

Q: What are the differences between the 2009 and 2010 Toyota Corolla LE?
I am in the market for a new car and I am trying to decide what to get. Thanks!

A: There is very little difference except for a few interior tweaks and ABS, EBD, Brake Assist, TRAC and VSC are standard instead of optional.

Q: how much are tags for a 2010 toyota corolla/?
I just bought a 2010 toyota corolla, and was wondering how much the tags are to register it

A: That will be based on the sales tax for your state and calculated on your purchase price plus the cost of tag and inspection if your state requires it.
