Q: How much you think a 2010 volkswagen golf with 1000 miles cost? (salvage title)?
Please as much answers as possible (planning on selling it)
thanks a bunch
A: Better idea- contact your insurance agent and see what they feel a fair replacement cost would be and adjust from there. A Salvage title tells me the vehicle was catastrophically damaged and then repaired. Why would you want a damaged VW when VW’s can be tempermental enough any way?
Q: Is the Volkswagen Golf 2010 a pretty good, reliable car?
I haven’t thoroughly researched the golf, but from what I’ve seen, it’s a pretty safe car. I drove it too and it had a good response. Is there anything I should know about this car or it’s previous models?
A: You also should compare car insurance quotes for cars before buying one, for example here – carquotes.sinfree.net
Q: 2010 Volkswagen Golf TDI in 2 door?
Plain and simple:
I know the 2010 golf TDI comes 4 door, but am not sure if it comes in 2 door. I live in Ontario, and can’t find a 3 door TDI on the website. Thanks.

so i was wondering if somone could PLEASE let me know what the differences are, such as speed, and price. THANK YOUU!!!!
ii really want this car! and i want the best one i can get!
A: the gti rzr and vi are both new may i recomend a gtd tho as its diesel and will help alot in terms of speed and economy there normally 150bhp but i mod mine up to 210bhp even tho its kind of legit what i used
Q: Differences between a 2009 volkswagen rabbit and 2010 volkswagen 3 door golf?
I was just wondering what the major differences between these two cars are, if there are any. Is one faster? More luxurious? more safe?
A: The 2010 is sitting on a totally different platform. Safer, yes, more luxurious, yes, faster? Who cares, it’s a base Golf.
Q: 2010 Honda Civic or 2010 Volkswagen Golf/Jetta TDI?
Which is the better choice?
A: ???
The Volkswagen Golf and Jetta are 2 completely different cars. Do you want a hatchback or a sedan?
I’d go with a Volkswagen because they’re more fun to drive and still gets awesome gas mileage. Volkswagen also has “Carefree Maintenance” which includes all scheduled maintenance (I don’t think that includes oil changes).
Q: When will Volkswagen release the new 2010 Mk6 Golf GTI’s in the US..?

Go turbo, that’s what my man drives.
Also, to all the women who answered this question..
Ever think it’s probably a guy asking our opinion..
lol..
Q: Volkswagen Golf or Rabbit?
I’m in the market to purchase a new car and I have been looking at the Volkswagen Golf and Rabbit. I went to the dealership and looked at a 2010 model Golf and it seems very nice. I have never owned a German car before nor have I owned any foreign car. I thought I would give the foreign car market a try. My question is are foreign car that much better? Is all the hype just hype. I don’t want to jump on the band wagon just because everyone says foreign cars are better just looking for really honest answers. I’m trading in a V8 American car due to the gas mileage and need something that is good on gas.
A: I’ve had a rabbit, an Acura Integra, a Jeep, and a Mazda 3. Of all of these cars, I disliked the Jeep the most. The Jeep has had the most problems. A rock jumped up off the freeway and broke the water pump! The Mazda 3 has had the least. What I like the best is that the foreign cars fit shorter people much better than the American cars. I thought the rabbit was well built for a small economy car. It was also easy to do some work on it myself.
Q: is a vw golf a nice car for a guy who wants something more upscale than a civic?

A: Yeah VW Golfs are really nice – anything European is going to be more upmarket than a Honda.
Q: do you think it’s spoiled for a teen guy to get a brand new vw golf as a birthday present?

http://www.cars.com/features/autoshows/2009/newyork/coverage/images/2010_volkswagen_golf/2010_volkswagen_golf_0_430.jpg
A: I think people who say getting expensive presents makes a person spoiled are wrong. Spoiled is when someone does not appreciate/take care of what they have or is lazy and demands things from the world that they should be getting themselves. But, if a person is appreciative of what they get and understands the value of things, they are not spoiled. They are just fortunate to have things others do not.
So, if this teen pretty much demanded the vw golf like they do on MTV’s sweet 16, then yeah, he would be spoiled. But if you chose it for him, or he wished for it with no real honest intention of receiving it, then he is not spoiled.
People say I’m spoiled because I have nice things and a good life with parents who have good jobs, but why does that make me spoiled? Because I have things? I work for my money just like everyone else, and I appreciate everything that is given to me. I know the value of my belongings and I treat everything that is given to me as if I had worked for and bought it myself. That is not being spoiled.
Q: Opinion about these cars, Mazda or Volkswagen?
I am bringing a car to college next year, I currently have a ford expedition, but i am going to get something smaller and fuel efficient. I have narrowed it down the 2010 mazda 3 hatchback or a 2009 volkswagen rabbit hatch or the 2010 volkswagen golf, but at this point they are all pretty equal, in my book. I get a 3 year warranty with the mazda, a 2 year warranty with the rabbit and a 5 year power train warranty with the golf. I wanted some other opinions, i hope to have this car for at least five years.
A: Both are good cars.
Personally, I would pick the Mazda 3.
My wife has owned 2 of them and had really good luck with both of them.
It’s also a Consumer Reports best bet.
Q: How long does it take to import a car from Germany to California.?
A new 2010 volkswagen golf with added features
A: 6 Months minimum,.
Q: Just your opinion: 2010 VW GTI or 2010 Mazda 3 Hatchback?
Personally, I would for for the GTI just because of the amazing German engineering that comes with the car. I think the interior is much nicer and the materials are of higher quality. It’s also faster.
But when thinking about going out there and buying one, I feel you’ll get more for your money in the Mazda. I’d be able to pick one up with leather, upgraded audio and an auto trans. for 25,000 whereas the GTI would be at 25,000 with the DSG transmission.
What are your opinions?

A: The new Volkswagen GTI gets an outstanding 39.7 mpg which is important during this economy. The VW’s are also have a great leather interior and a great engine.
Also, you need to know where you will be driving more often; the city or the highway, in which the mpg differs. The new Mazda hatchback gets about 24 mpg in the city and about 33 mpg on the highway.
Go for the VW.
Q: Would you spend an extra $5,000 on a diesel car, just so that it can save $3,000 in fuel costs over 10 years?
Would you spend an extra $4,800 MORE for a car, just to save $3,230 in fuel costs over 10 years ???
Let me explain: a Canadian 2010 Golf 3-door 2.5L = $22,940 MSRP
While a Canadian 2010 Volkswagen Golf 2.0 TDI clean Diesel = $27,740 MSRP ($4,800 MORE)
( both cars ordered with Automatic transmissions ).
The Gasoline powered car will get 23 city, 30 hwy, 26 combined, and based on 45% hwy driving, 55% city driving, 15,000 miles/year and $2.79 per gallon for regular, and $2.92 per gallon for diesel, the Gas car will cost $1,611 per year while the diesel will cost $1,288 per year, a savings of $3,230 over 10 years.
So is it worth spending an extra $4,800 MORE for a car, just to save $3,230 in fuel costs over 10 years ???
If you’re an American, you can get a huge $1,700 credit (or more) from the government for buying a diesel car, but here in Canada we don’t have anything like that, maybe $50 or $200, but almost nothing.
A: As much as I love a good gas powered car if you are wanting to keep the car for a long time then diesel is the way to go as less maintenance costs and overall better reliability.
I have a 2010 GTI and love it! You are choosing a great looking car
